Terms of Service

By using ListoShare you agree to the following:

• Accounts. An account is required to create or change lists, respond to requests, and mark purchases. You must provide a first name, a verified email, and a phone number with country code. Last name is optional.
• Household Free. Free, no payment card: 1 owned workspace, 2 active shopping lists, and sharing with up to 2 other people. Completed or archived lists don't count toward the limit.
• Plus. US$2/month or US$14/year (one payment for 12 months), billed in USD per account. Plus covers all of the account's owned workspaces: up to 3 owned workspaces, 20 active shopping lists, and sharing with up to 20 other people. Monthly and annual plans provide identical features. Managed through Stripe Checkout; cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period and data is always preserved.
• Sharing. Sharing by phone requires a verified number. Shared links are read-only and revocable at any time.
• Acceptable use. Don't attempt to enumerate users, phone numbers, or emails, and don't share content you have no right to share.
• Availability. The service is provided as-is. Inventory accuracy depends on people recording usage and counts — the app does not track sales automatically.
